Aneer stuffed pancakes with Coriander
Want a simple Indian twist for your pancakes today? Why not try a fusion of flavours with our easy yet delicious paneer stuffed pancakes garnished with coriander.
Follow our easy steps and make your own!
- To make the paneer stuffing, fry onions, garlic, coriander and cumin in a pan, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook on medium heat for 1 minute. Decant to a bowl with a serving spoon.
- Using the same pan, fry your pancake mix and cook as many pancakes as your mixture allows.
- Once your pancakes are ready, cover one quarter in as much paneer cheese as you like and fold into quarters.
- Repeat to make as many filled pancakes as you desire.
- Garnish with fresh coriander, season with fresh lime, and drizzle with mint yoghurt for an extra fresh taste sensation! Enjoy!
